INTRODUCTION
LICOGI Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company has forerunner which
is Quang Ngai Building Materials Production and Business
Company under Quang Ngai Province People’s Committee in accordance with
the Decision No. 1656/QĐ-UB
dated November 23rd, 1992. On January 14th, 1997,
pursuant to the Decision No. 18/BXD-TCLĐ of Minister of Construction, Quang Ngai
Construction Material Production and Business
Company was approved to be a member of Infrastructure Construction and
Development Corporation. On July 4th, 1997, pursuant to the Decision
No. 424/BXD-TCLĐ of the Minister of Construction, the
company’s name was changed into Building Materials Construction And Production
Company – State enterprise under Infrastructure Construction and Development
Corporation (LICOGI), besides, some business line was added
into the Enterprise. At the beginning
of 2005, the company carried out the equitization and on April 25th,
2005, pursuant to the Decision No. 742/QD-BXD of the Minister of Construction,
the Building Materials Construction And Production Company was officially transformed into Building
Materials Construction And Production Joint
Stock Company. The company was granted the business registration certificate by
Quang Ngai Department of Planning and Investment on June 22nd, 2005;
On April 10th, 2009, the company changed its name into LICOGI Quang
Ngai Joint Stock Company.
Ngay từ khi
thành lập, Công ty đã chú trọng thu hút, xây dựng đội ngũ
cán bộ kỹ thuật, công nhân lành nghề, đầu tư máy móc thiết bị hiện đại để nâng
cao năng lực và khẳng định vị thế của mình trên thị trường. Bằng phương pháp tổ
chức thi công chuyên nghiệp, luôn đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng công trình.
Hiện nay Công ty là một trong các Nhà thầu xây lắp có uy tín và được nhiều Chủ
đầu tư tín nhiệm. Công ty có các đơn vị trực thuộc chuyên
xây lắp và sản xuất vật liệu xây dựng gồm: Các nhà máy gạch Tuynel Phong Niên,
Mỏ đá xây dựng Cà Ty- Tịnh Thọ, Xí nghiệp xây lắp, Đội xây lắp, Đội khai thác. Trong
suốt thời gian hoạt động, Licogi Quảng Ngãi đã và đang thi công nhiều dự án lớn
khắp cả nước như: Vinpearl Nha Trang,
Vinpearl Nam Hội An, Trung tâm Thương mại Phú Yên, Thủy điện Đăkđrinh, Nhà máy
xi măng Đồng Lâm, Bệnh viện Lâm Đồng II, Nhà máy sản xuất cồn Ethanol ĐăkTô,
Trường ĐH Phạm Văn Đồng, Khu đô thị An Cựu Huế, khu dân cư cao cấp Trường Xuân… Đặc biệt là thi công xây dựng các dự
án nhà công nghiệp có quy mô lớn như: Dự
án Nhà máy Tách và Hóa lỏng khí công nghiệp Dung Quất của tập đoàn MESSER –
CHLB Đức, Nhà máy sản xuất thép Hòa Phát – Dung Quất, Vinpearl Nha Trang, Nhà
máy Lọc dầu Dung Quất, Thủy điện A Vương, Thủy điện Sông Tranh 2, Thủy điện
Đakđrinh, Hầm đường cao tốc Đà Nẵng – Quảng Ngãi, Thủy Điện Đa Nhim mở rộng,
Thủy điện ĐăkRe, Thủy điện La Tó
Since
its founding, the company has focused on attracting and building up the staff
with skillful technicians and workers, invested in modern machinery and
equipment to enhance its capacity and affirm its position in the market. By the
method of organizing professional construction, the Company always ensures
working progress and quality. At present, the Company is one of the prestigious
construction contractors and trusted by many investors. The Company has
subordinate units specializing in construction and production of building
materials, including TuyNel Phong Nien Brick Works, Ca Ty Construction Quarry,
Construction Enterprise, Construction Team, Exploring Team. During the operation,
Licogi Quang Ngai has been implementing many major projects nationwide such as Vinpearl
Nam Hoi An,The Trade Center Phu Yen, Dakdrink Hydropower Plant, Dong Lam Cement
Plant, Lam Dong II Hospital, DakTo Ethanol Production Plant, Pham Van Dong
University, An Cuu Urban Area - Hue, Truong Xuan High-class Residential Area,
etc. Especially,some large scale projects in building of industrial
constructions such as: Dung Quat Industrial Gas Separation and Liquefaction
Plant of MESSER Group - Germany, Hoa Phat Steel Plant - Dung Quat, etc.

tư cách Nhà thầu chính, Công ty chúng tôi đã hoạt động một cách chuyên nghiệp
và có trách nhiệm trong quá trình thi công thực hiện các công trình. Từ lúc
chuẩn bị hồ sơ cho đến giai đoạn tham gia thi công xây dựng và có tinh trách
nhiệm cao trong thời gian bảo hành sau khi hoàn thành, bàn giao công trình. Đã
được các Chủ đầu tư đáng giá cao như Tập đoàn Vingroup, Tập đoàn MESSER – CHLB
Đức, Tập đoàn Hòa Phát …
As
the main contractor, the Company has worked professionally and taken all
responsibilities during the construction periods, from the preparation of
tender document to the stage of participation in bidding and construction; in
addition, high responsibility in the warranty period after the completion or
hand-over of the works. Has been highly appreciated by investors like:
VinGroup, Messer Group – Germany, Hoa Phat Group, etc.
